It is an antijoke because everyone assumed it would be the original punch line 'for throwing out all the 'W' s. Yet instead she was fired for something completely rational and out of the ordinary

It's not a joke it had nothing to do with her being blonde.. she got fired for stealing.. which is very practical to fire a person.. this is an anti joke.. I've never heard of a blonde joke about stealing or missing work etc.

blond/blonde either is correct, look it up also, how is this an antijoke? blonde girl = dumb/aloof = absences and stealing it criticizes the negative aspects of a stereotype in a way that adds suspense. its a joke
